The Grange Institution at Cambridge Schools Conference 2025: Future-Ready Learners

The Grange Institution participated in the Cambridge Schools Conference held in Bali on 8–9 December 2025. The event, themed “Future-ready: Preparing Learners to Thrive,” gathered 340 school leaders and educators from 211 schools across 37 countries.

Inspiring Change Beyond the Classroom

Our Principal, Ms Soh Bee Ling, was invited to speak at the Cambridge Schools Showcase on Day 2. This showcase featured three Cambridge schools demonstrating how learning extends beyond classrooms to create real community impact.

Ms. Soh shared how biodiversity and outdoor learning inspire curiosity. They encourage physical and mental well-being while fostering environmental responsibility through direct interaction with nature. As technology advances rapidly, balancing innovation with approaches that nurture human skills is essential. These include empathy, love for nature, and collaboration with others.

She emphasized the school’s philosophy of starting small but dreaming big, which has since positioned The Grange Institution on the global stage despite its boutique school setting.

Ms. Soh shared how our school values align with the Cambridge Learner Profile.
